Afternoon teas in Paris
Ritz Salon Proust
The Ritz of course serves Afternoon Tea, and their tea-experience looks amazing. I especially love the look of the interior design. We limited our selves to only two Afternoon teas on this trip, so we didn´t visit The Ritz this time. But next time I go to Paris I will definitely try it out. Afternoon tea at The Ritz currently costs 105 euro per person.
Just look at this interior design! Photo by The Ritz
Maison Ladurée
One place that we DID try out was Maison Ladurée. Maison Ladurée may not be know for their teas but I had to include them anyway, since pastry and tea is such a heavenly combination! Maison Ladurée are famous for their delicious macarones, a small cookie-typish pastry, which they make in many different flavours.
They also serve Afternoon tea composed by Julien Alvares which they call “Laduree Tea Time”! And they have shops and restaurants all over the world so you might not even have to travel to Paris for it!
We tried out their Afternoon Tea at Ladurée Champs Elysées and it was very nice. The cost was 65 Euro per person.
I´m showing of my Vanessa earrings during tea time at Ladurée Champs Élysées
Saint James Paris
Another place that I would like to drink afternoon tea at is Saint James´s Paris. Saint James is a hotel with a restaurant and garden and on weekends they serve Afternoon Tea in their library café! Their interior looks like something out of a book, and I would love to spend a sunday afternoon here!

Le Salon de Thé de la Mosquée de Paris
A different type of experience was to visit the big Mosque in Paris. The Mosque has a cute outdoor restaurant and serve many many different types of baklava! We ordered the mint tea and two pistaschio cones and the bill was only 8 Euros for two teas and two pastries!
If you come here, don´t miss out to visit the Mosque it self – it has a beautiful small garden.
And an extra bonus for coffee-lovers!
Bacha coffee
This place is dedicated to the main rival of tea – coffee!
Bacha coffee has over 200 different blends of coffee which you either can buy as take-away or enjoy in their beautiful restaurant up stairs. They have foods and pastries so you could absolutely have a Afternoon Tea type of coffee here!
We went to their new flagship store in Champs Élysées for lunch and the food was sooo good! I´m not a huge fan of coffee but Buba loved it although we had a hard time chosing which coffees to try out from their massive coffee-menu.
Hope you found some inspiration! Do you know any cute Afternoon Tea places anywhere in the world? Let me know!
